Pros

Pay is slightly better than average for the area.

Cons

Shift pattern is terrible. Wave goodbye to any weekends. Impossible to get holidays off. You have to enter a "comfort" code onto a phone to go toilet - go for more than a couple of minutes and expect to get questioned on what you were doing. You are not even allowed to leave your desk to make a cup of coffee. Penalised at every opportunity to take away your bonus. Management do not care about staff and will dodge their work at any opportunity.

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
