Staff on a number of levels are disrespected and their personal needs are disregarded as a whole. The job requires a level of trust in the workforce but all decisions are questioned without positive feedback, positive personal regard and respect for reasoning - simply thrown to the wolves. Feedback only ever received when negative. Tyrannical supervisors and managers. Terrible at dealing with anything contractually - pay grades, bonuses, maternity/paternity leave and rights, sickness, compassionate leave, rota structure etc. Seemingly no monitoring of the FRM department from senior managers which allows for such vitally important mistakes to be made continually. Slaves to VIP/high taking accounts - deviant behaviours often allowed to continue provided there are no external investigations into the account holder and that bet365 are still making money.
