Cons
Customers don’t contact customer service to tell you how happy they are. Be prepared to be cursed out relatively often. Some people can easily let it roll off their back, while for others it takes its toll. Your breaks are strict, even if you accidentally take an extra 5 seconds you will hear about it (set an alarm and arrive at your desk 30 seconds - 1 min prior to avoid this). Your schedule is different every week, including the days you work and the times that you work. The times you work in a given week are different every day. Sometimes you have to work 14 days in a row at different times every day and then you will have 4 days off. You will need to work on holidays. The “KB”, or Knowledge Base is sometimes difficult to navigate to find the answer you need. There will always be at least one situation each day in which you’ve never dealt with before, so it keeps you on your toes.
