Cons
schedule can be a grind and you work 3 out of every 4 weekends and one weeks schedule is not the same as the next. There are times where you have 12 hour turnarounds from when you finish your previous shift to when you start your next and schedule times range from starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 10:00 PM. However there are a lot of vacation days available for you to use, and most of the time are granted. But depending on business needs sometimes weekends aren't always all able to be approved as a lot of people ask off on weekends which are also the busiest periods and the highest needs for staff
