Pros

Generally, very friendly people. WFH culture makes it tough to connect with others in the company, but when you do connect people are nice. WFH is fantastic though of course.

Cons

No career growth opportunities. Sales leadership consistently sends mixed signals and ambiguous feedback. Product positioning and messaging changes with the wind. No uniform policy or resources. Anyone worth keeping they either fire or push out the door.

They try their best to not say no to anything. ( if that's good/bad you decide)

Cons

Work-life balance is not there. Managers call and text at all hours of the day, and night. Ask for you to work on weekends, etc. The leadership has shared that the CEO is only looking to re-coop his investors ( John Doerr) money, and then thats it. Also, micro-management by junior managers at its best!
