Lots of downsides! The executive team rarely agrees on anything. Accountability doesn't exist, don't ask questions about anyone/anything unless you are willing to face consequences. The culture doesn't include any type of recognition or praise, upper management openly seek criticism for discipline. Teamwork that should exist doesn't since everyone is concerned with following orders. Creativity and curiosity are shunned. Diversity here sucks, for the little diversity they do have, they have no voice.
