      -Easy work -Fast Paced (if on freeway site) -Close knit environment -Not much manual work -24 hours -Substantial training

      -Bad hourly rate -Work under licensees -Have to deal with criminal customers frequently -Out dated system (double entry) -No discount for staff -Possible unsafe environment
