      plenty of opportunities to get exposed to different businesses & cultures great to move around on projects, as it was changing companies great and competent people divers and inclusive

      Cons

      senior management doesn't "walk the talk" always falls back on short term focus when things go bad a lot of firefighting senior management has ears to what consultants sell (tell) them instead of empowering staff
