Pros

- Very Good Package compared to IT service company but less than SaaS companies - Excellent facilities - Cab, Work Infra - You will be lucky if you get a good line manager from Europe or US. Most of the India based team leaders/managers are toxic. - Good incentive

Cons

- No work, simply coming to office, getting paid hefty at the month end. No body cares. - Global team gives instructions and India team does the work. Mostly mundane, repetitive, non-value added work. No questions asked by India. HQ treats as outsourcing centers, instead of giving work to Infosys, they give to India employees. - High chance if you work here continuously (3+ years), I am pretty sure your skills are outdated compared to market and you will become unemployable anywhere else. - Hence, you will start playing dirty politics and churn the talented employee out of company to stay in BP. This is a vicious cycle. - Sooner or later, quit this company asap, otherwise, your career will be in jeopardy. - Toxicity is there in every layer of the company and perhaps that is BP's culture everywhere

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
