      Very understanding of work-life balance. Very good bonus structure. Lots of diversity in age/race. Very supportive of advancing education.

      Cons

      High turnover rate for managers. You will have a new boss every 2-3 years. Feedback is not offered, rather folks will talk about you behind your back. Hard for women to advance.
