      Pros

      Flexiblity of job changes and learning of other jobs in the company. Also posting of oppportunities in the company and you can change from one area to another. Fairness of pressure to get work done.

      Cons

      Never know how things are going to change next day. A lot of changes for nothing and just for change. Sometimes I think things are changed just to be changed and look as if managers are doing something and managing.
