      Total compensation of salary and bonus very good vs industry.

      Cons

      From middle management up through senior executives it is a popularity game in order to move your career forward. Sucking up is worth more than delivering value in your role. Culture is at all time low as yearly layoffs have been in place for the last three years. The money is not worth the drama.
