Pros

BP is a well-known company and it is a good name on CV. If you want to work in the oil industry, it might not be a bad place to start. However, unless you are a native-born English, chances for promotion are minimal. Hence, careerwise, it is not an employer of choice.

Cons

the turnover was high and it was a perfect reflection of the job satisfaction that employees had there - just a little over 0. Pay was low, promotion was impossible, the environment was very political. there was very little empowerment on the side of management. the only advantage would be the central location of the office in Moscow.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
