      Pros

      In the Downstream worked on meaningful projects that really made a difference to employees and their safety. Smart and down to earth co workers. Excellent compensation for someone in a functional role coming from outside of oil and gas.

      Cons

      Upstream was a bit too sure they had it right. Senior leadership little too polished to be relatable.
