Pros
The pay is good compared to other SSC's/BSC's in Budapest. They also provide lots of extras; company phone, home office and extra activities.
Cons
The company almost propagandizes their values, which are clearly visible on the surface but not on a personal level. So when working, and if you want to excel it is expected to constantly and mindlessly display the company values. And although the values themselves represent a high moral standard and there is nothing wrong with the values, they are being used to cut out any form of creativity or people who think for themselves.
