      - Regional Offices have a great family atmosphere where everyone strives for the success of the office - Good benefits - For the most part, it seems the company looks out for its own people - Extra emphasis on compliance and safety

      Cons

      - Lots of red tape/bureaucracy - Headquarters is "always right" - Regional offices are slowly being downsizes (depends on company segment)
