Pros
travel the globe in business class at the drop of a hat. Great bonus plan, really interesting work at times, mostly fun people to work alongside.
Cons
Management does not listen, they pretend to listen and then do not change. I worked with the to level people and watched many of them leave..then what is left behind is 2d class. pride and arrogance ..the british way. HR runs the company and does not have a clue. Most decisions made in a meeting with a blind eye to what is happening in the field.
