Pros

Great travel opportunities, training opportunities and consulting training and experience while working alongside some of the best consulting firms

Cons

Work life balance is poor. Was not able to come back to my home location more than 4 weekends in 5 months. My work assignment was more than halfway around the world. Compensation was not adequate for the hours worked or length of time away from home. I did not find the promotion opportunities or long term opportunities attractive either.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
