Pros
The pay and benefits are very reasonable although the defined contribution plan is no way near as generous as the old DC plan. Share match scheme is very reasonable.
Cons
People jealously guard their expertise and are reluctant to share information. Induction is non existent. Its size means it's very hard to influence. People don't talk to each other if they can avoid it.
