      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. Nice facilities. Great work-life balance. As an introvert I loved working from home from time to time to enjoy the peace and productivity.

      Cons

      Poor management. Too much emphasis on "behaviors". Management values substandard work as long as those workers say the right things to the right people and play nice.
