      Pros

      Great people. Global company with internal opportunities. Great pay and benefits. Values shine through.

      Cons

      I used to LOVE working here but since 2021s reorganization, bps organization structure is no longer stable. The reorg disrupted the entire company at once, which lead to employees being confused, stressed, and navigating immense ambiguity. After going through reorg after reorg within the HR department, this ultimately pushed me to my limits for mental health. Hopefully within a few years time the reorg can settle and kinks can be worked out, but I feel the company has a long way to go.
