      Pros

      Great place to work, great work life balance, great benefits, good pay. Excellent people, smart, hard working (for the most part).

      Cons

      Some leaders are promoted through internal politics/favoritism rather than merit. This leads to lots of ups and downs every time a change is done at the helm. Right now, some leaders in a few business units are destroying these business units due to their incompetence and arrogance. Very limited forward view and short sighted strategies.
