Pros

Still one of the big companies with large reserves, still an integrated major Oil, gas, production and distribution (upstream and downstream)

Cons

No real progression by merits, everything depends on who you know and you could climb 2, 3 or even more grades in the blink of an eye. If you are connected the could move you sideways in management or VP positions no matter if you have a clue. Extremely disproportioned agenda to place women, LGBT members on management, it almos looks like discrimination against the so called majority.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
