      Pros

      The work is fast paced and always engaging. You truly get to learn every day. Strong teamwork with brilliant people. Excellent reward/benefits don't hurt either.

      Cons

      Working at any manufacturing plant can sometimes mean some unpredictability in schedule/demand. Sometimes this is also the time of most interesting work but also stressful if you're looking for a strictly 9-5 type job.
