      Pros

      Company overall was good to work for with great support teams in upstream and downstream except for middle level do nothing managers in Houston.

      Cons

      Middle level managers in Houston think they know what to do but in reality, great team members below them does the work and those guys are extra baggage. They are a very expensive total package for the company and they find ways to cut others to protect themselves. Wake up executives, the company is losing great talent but keeping the do nothing finger pointers
