Pros
Guided by the Values and behavior which pretty much shaped the employee- employer relation. Flexi and less controlling. An excellent place for fresh grad to boast their CV. A good place for retired or ladies with family commitment. Job scope is very specific and less require of brain power.
Cons
The job title doesn't match an inch of the job other than admin type of work which can easily done by diploma holder. Stakeholders from other center have the tendency to treat the KL team as a call center or 'low life' kind of workers as if we are less intelligence compare to them. Salary freeze doesn't cut across all level with higher level workers being rewarded.
