      Pros

      Benefits Salary Work life balance schedule safety culture environmental culture Work load helped reduce stress. Team culture was good and encouraged.

      Cons

      Promotion opportunities were few. No level increase plan existed for engineers who remained in technical role rather than changing to management. 20 year + engineers had the same grade level as 5 year engineers with some difference in salary but not for bonus percentage.
