Pros

Pays good but that's all

Cons

If you're considering working here, think again. The management is utterly incompetent – they talk a lot but never deliver anything of value. They are consistently late on every decision, and when they finally make one, it’s usually the wrong one. Expect a revolving door of bad calls that ripple through the entire organization. The tech stack is a nightmare. The cloud architecture is a chaotic mess, poorly designed and riddled with inefficiencies. It’s clear that no one in leadership understands how to build a scalable, reliable infrastructure. Instead of investing in solid technology, they’re more concerned with cutting costs – except when it comes to overpaying managers who contribute nothing of value. And if you think that’s bad, the choice of the vendor for the umbrella company is even worse. It’s a terrible partnership that creates constant uncertainty and adds zero value. Meanwhile, the culture here is toxic; everyone is too busy dumping responsibilities onto each other to actually get any real work done. Accountability is nonexistent. Avoid this place unless you enjoy chaos, confusion, and a total lack of direction. You deserve better.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
