Pros

- The electric vehicle industry is an exciting sector to work in. - Now BP has bought Chargemaster, hopefully they’ll modernise the company and look after the staff.

Cons

- Absolutely no staff benefits. No bonus scheme, no pay rises, no pension contribution, no training and the minimum amount of holiday entitlement by law (20 days). - The CEO is a bully and incredibly aggressive. I saw him verbally and physically threaten staff. - The highest turnover of staff I’ve ever witnessed. You were surprised if someone lasted longer than a month! - No flexibility to the long working hours of 8:30 to 5:30. (40 hours a week). - No staff canteen or adequate space/areas to have lunch or take a break. - Awful staff morale with a terrible office atmosphere. - A mean, ungrateful, unpleasant, rude CEO who rules by fear.
