They're hot on personal development A new department has been created purely for employee & customer engagement! They care about their staff - during Covid they've been fantastic at communication Everyone is approachable - you can ask anyone from your colleagues to managers to senior management and they're all willing to go the extra mile. Regular performance reviews within departments and in the business as a whole They're/we're all passionate about the service and products we're providing as well as company values They really do promote professional growth & support staff across the board Open to change and welcome new, innovative ideas Fast paced, quick thinking with the future in mind
Cons
At present there's limited benefits, however with the new department I'm hopeful this will change in the near future. Not much out of office/work socialisation - understandably hard with Covid. (again with new department this is likely to be improved in the near future) Sometimes things take time to implement such as processes & new procedures
