Some of the management behaviour is ok, the rest tend to behave as in they're all the CEOs at the company Clean Offices and good equipment Good parking
Cons
Very warehouse alike but in the call centre world Difficult Job Difficult hours of work Strict Timing - why were you late from break by 2min... Strict Performance Indicators - never good enough basically 90% of the calls are dealing with customers' complaints, swearing, rude comments and so on about how bad the companies services are - spoiler alert the customers are right
