Pros
Fun company culture. Beer bike on Fridays, great holiday party, annual summer party. Fairly flexible work hours - there are people who come in at 8 and leave at 4 (or 5) and those who come in at 9 and leave at 5 (well, 6, let's be real). Generally people aren't breathing down your neck and micromanaging. Some good people to work with. Almost always free food around, which is both a pro and a con. Free parking pot in Ramp C, convenient for other downtown activities.
Cons
Management doesn't seem to have a clear sense of direction. Disconnect between managers of empolyees and the management team. Managers don't seem to know how to manage, or are too busy to do so. Professional development seems to supported very haphazardly. It's every man for himself. Work/life balance isn't bad for some, but those who seem to have none of it and work 12 hours a day are the most rewarded and praised. PR is not really integrated well. They know and have been trying to fix it, but it's still not there. The health insurance had been drastically changed when I was there and is not very good now. Bonuses exist, but the structure is not communicated so you have no idea what it might be.
