People. There are so many awesome people at broadhead that make coming to work everyday exciting. The management is very active and involved in the development of individuals and the company as a whole.

Cons

I think that the biggest challenge is creating and updating processes. Because of the fast-paced environment I think processes are slow to change with the changing environment.

Wonderful employees, definitely met people I'll be friends with forever. I always had really positive interactions with clients.

Cons

Leadership is wildly out of touch. Seem to have developed a reputation amongst other agencies. The company/production of work isn't set up to satisfy clients in the way a lot of others seem to be. Creatives have their work front-end loaded and then are given an extensive amount of time to complete, which leads to them missing deadlines and clients wondering how long it takes to create a social ad.
