Most of the people you work with are wonderful and highly dedicated. Get to work on a variety of projects and can learn a ton through others.

Cons

Leadership is shifting the agency experience to focus solely on the grind, taking away much of the fun. As the business grows or doesn't grow, it seems the best aspects are being left behind.

Wonderful employees, definitely met people I'll be friends with forever. I always had really positive interactions with clients.

Cons

Leadership is wildly out of touch. Seem to have developed a reputation amongst other agencies. The company/production of work isn't set up to satisfy clients in the way a lot of others seem to be. Creatives have their work front-end loaded and then are given an extensive amount of time to complete, which leads to them missing deadlines and clients wondering how long it takes to create a social ad.
