Culture is Changing - Anonymous employee cPanel Employee Review

The culture was great for a very long time, it's not necessarily worse, but with so much high-level management turnover, there have been changes made. For one, previously most promotions were internal, now they are mostly outside hires. There are definitely culture clashes happening because of it. Also, Nick Koston is no longer the CEO, he was amazing.
