lunch is served daily to those in the office

Cons

Leadership does not listen, is not present, and is not aware. There is not anything that they do really to promote career growth. HR is the worse, unresponsive, or they do not know what their stuff is; it is too much. I will get back to you. HR does not feel like a place to go to if you have an issue, all of HR seems like they just do not care about us the employees, but none of the leadership cares and when they are there, it's like they act like they are god and we should be bowing down to them. THERE IS VERY LITTLE DIVERSITY.
