Pros
Great place to work with many opportunities for personal and knowledge based growth. Team work is essential to efficiently manage the projects successfully and the team spirit is high! We get to work in many different pharma and aesthetic areas so the work is never boring. The company is always evolving and trying out new services and customer based approaches. I love coming to work everyday knowing I get to work with such a great team!
Cons
Keeping up with changing environment as the company grows. Not really a con though since change is always a good thing.
