Pros
Company is consistently growing, with a startup mindset, processes are flexible and being routinely optimized. Fun to be part of it. Excellent 401k match. Upward mobility is present. Compensation is reasonable and company is always hiring more employees. Company has won award for most intuitive medical product for its Vectra WB360 product.
Cons
Some parts of the company have high turnover. Not much training on the core business applications and tools. Some of the internal HR and processes are outdated. Intranet was recently implemented, but very limited in resources that can be utilized (i.e PTO balance, full benefits disclosure not available unless requested). No messenger service. Defect tracking and project management tools are separate and not everyone has access to both or either. Life insurance policy is very low. Medical benefits costly for a family. No sick leave, must use PTO which makes employees more inclined to come in when sick getting others sick and reducing productivity.
