Pros
They promote a very safe, personal and friendly environment. Efficiency is KEY. They always look for ways to improve production and customer service. We are constantly reminded to encourage our co-workers with ACE cards which are acknowledgements to their work or character. We are occasionally celebrated for our achievements with lunches that are paid for by the company.
Cons
They time you in the stock room which isn't a bad thing but sometimes they don't consider the workload or amount of people. If all processing is done before your end time they don't assign you something to do to ensure that you get your hours. When the district/regional managers come they are unrealistic with their expectations which makes everyone uptight. They're very picky and nagging.
