Not the best professional environment by far - Store Manager dd's DISCOUNTS Employee Review

-Very unprofessional environment -Little opportunity for growth -Area supervisors and assistant managers are poorly trained -Everyone starts at minimum wage even if they have great experience -Hard to recruit for manager due to wages being low -Payroll budgets sometimes having to cut during busiest times like Thanksgiving and Christmas -Lots of gossiping and unprofessional treatment in all levels of the organization -Rough areas demographically speaking and poor building maintenance
