Pros
Dd's will give you all the hours you want. I was constantly getting overtime when it came to the work weeks. They strictly enforce you taking your two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute break. Coworkers are freindly.
Cons
Management had their little clicks. They would exclude you if they had a personal issure with you. When it came to family emergencies, they only cared about themselves and didn't give you the time off even including funerals and deaths in the family. Very inconsiderate. Rude to the workers and talk to them any kind of way.
