- Cool store managers - Busy job - 20% employee discount ~ 40% every few months for up to 4 days - Fashionable apparel choices - Great place for new home shoppers
Cons
- Coworkers are HUGE gossipers and drama starters - Lots of "creep" coworkers, especially towards females - Hours very random and unstable - Availability schedules don't seem to be used eve. when made by employees - Unrealistic goals and job duties for small employee count - Pay rate seems so low for how much work you do & bs you have to deal with - Very rude, messy, & disrespectful customers - Expected to rush customers out instead of focusing on exceptional customer servicing - New hires not properly trained
