Pros
Easy job even though the pay is crap. There's a possibility (don't hold your breath) to move up within the company if you're there for years.
Cons
The managers are never on the same page. They expect so much from you for so little pay. Customers are a pain to deal with because they want more discount on top of the items they're already getting at a discounted price, they constantly make a mess and act surprised when given their total amount due when purchasing merchandise. Like really?! Did you expect to pay $20.00 (not including tax) for the 50 items you just bought? Idiots. Minimum wage is basically SLAVE LABOR but a job is a job and if you need it then do it until something better comes along. The training sucks, you're basically sat in front of a slow computer to watch a video about things that you'll never remember and eventually will learn because you're being scolded for not knowing. You basically train yourself and can get by if you're fast and have a brain.
