You can't find a better "Why" from any company out there. Everything we do from the top to the bottom is ask ourselves how this will improve the lives and workflows of our medical providers. We truly want to make telemedicine available to all and to do the right thing. We hire talented people and let them be talented. We hire the right people to enforce our culture of investing in our teammates so we can more capably serve our providers so that they can more capably serve their patients. End of story.
Cons
There are always adjustments and adjusting to a post-COVID world has had its bumps. But every company operates on some sort of cyclical pattern and this is no different. It's something to deal with, but I have every confidence in leadership to steer us to where we need to be.
