Pros
Most of us work from home, and yet despite the distance, there is still a strong culture of connection and support. The people genuinely care about each other and our cause - making telemedicine available to all despite their location or financial means. There's a deep commitment to professional development, coupled with a realization that everyone has their weaknesses...so no need to pretend you don't have any. There's a strong commitment to continually improve our products as well as our company processes.
Cons
Because of the tremendous amount of growth that occurred in 2020, there's still a lot of settling in going on. Systems, processes, and policies are still being refined and implemented, and this adds to the workload a bit. But that's to be expected at this stage still.
