Business Outlook
Pros
The company really wants to do good in the world and they have a great User-experience-driven approach. Everything they do is done to benefit the providers and patients that use the service. I love the mission, and being able to give so much of our hard work away for free for those that need it.
Cons
It went from a small company to ~130 in less than a year, so still some growing pains organizationally. But it is to be expected and nothing out of the ordinary.
