Pros
The product came in at a really opportune time in the world. The mission of doxy.me is great and its intention is to really help and reach people worldwide. There are some really sharp and great people that work here.
Cons
The CEO is out of control. He micromanages every piece of the business. His plan is to hire smart people, with graduate degrees or experience working in healthcare. He proceeds to override everything they want to do anyway because his way is "better". Rarely was this the case. There is little to no business acumen and it is the wild west of irresponsible ideas which often cost people their jobs. Promises are never followed through on. This includes promotions and raises. The rest of leadership is too afraid to do anything to take care of its people. There are zero checks and balances involved for the CEO. You do it his way or there is undoubtedly backlash against you. Its a good ol boys mind set and far from forward thinking when it comes to leadership and culture.
