Great team and overall experience. The environment is extremely collaborative, and I never feel like I can’t ask questions or reach out for help. My manager is very supportive and always willing to step in when needed. Work-life balance is also excellent, with minimal micromanagement. You’re trusted to own your work and stay accountable, which makes a big difference.

Because the team is very collaborative and supportive, you’re given a lot of ownership over your work. This is great, but it also means you need to be proactive and manage your time well.

dunnhumby has a genuinely strong culture, driven by the people who work here. The supportive environment and collaborative mindset are a big reason behind the long tenures you see across the company. Some benefits are average, particularly compensation, limited upward movement & career opportunities due to a flatter structure, and infrequent merit increases. While the global operating model brings diversity and reach, it can also create conflicting priorities or slower decision-making across regions. The current leadership team is making progress, though perhaps not as quickly as employees would hope that sometimes leads to an individuals departure. Additionally, middle managers sometimes have limited decision-making authority, which can impact team efficiency and momentum. Even with these challenges, the overall experience remains positive, and the advantages of working at dunnhumby continue to outweigh the drawbacks.
