Great team and overall experience. The environment is extremely collaborative, and I never feel like I can’t ask questions or reach out for help. My manager is very supportive and always willing to step in when needed. Work-life balance is also excellent, with minimal micromanagement. You’re trusted to own your work and stay accountable, which makes a big difference.

Because the team is very collaborative and supportive, you’re given a lot of ownership over your work. This is great, but it also means you need to be proactive and manage your time well.

Additionally, middle managers sometimes have limited decision-making authority, which can impact team efficiency and momentum. Even with these challenges, the overall experience remains positive, and the advantages of working at dunnhumby continue to outweigh the drawbacks.
