A Very Micromanaged company - Employee - Staff Member e-Builder Employee Review

Ultra micromanagement - all the managers No autonomy in your job - even professional level Favoritism Reactive, volatility among management (yelling etc) Fire very easily - and often Company physical location is extremely cold, everyone ewaring heavy jackets - in Florida. Ltos of junk etc outside doors - Cleaning crew only comes 2 x a week. You cant' get supplies. Managers are under very high pressure to account for every second so that they pass that on to you - it is very "sweatshop" ish because of that.
